1900 resort in Paradise Valley, 25 minutes north of Yellowstone. Two outdoor pools at the base of Emigrant Peak. Dining room is legitimately excellent, chef de cuisine tradition going back decades. Saloon out back with country bands on weekends. Has a ghost story.
